Andrew Dinkins | Founder/CEO of Elevation Pediatric Therapy

Andrew A. Dinkins, Founder/CEO

Andrew Dinkins is the Founder & CEO of Elevation Pediatric Therapy. Prior to starting Elevation Pediatric Therapy, Andrew started his career working at Family Health Services in Winston-Salem, NC (2009). He started as a Behavioral Technician (formerly known as Paraprofessional) and rose up to become the Chief Operating Officer. While at Family Health Services, Dinkins’ career focused on providing behavioral support for adults. It was during his time there that he was inspired to switch his focus from adults to children. 

In addition to his professional career, Andrew Dinkins is a pillar in the Winston-Salem  community. Dinkins is committed to civic engagement focused on uplifting marginalized communities. He has a passion for the performing arts, specifically theatre, and has a core involvement with the North Carolina Black Repertory Company, the first professional Black theatre company in North Carolina, and the National Black Theatre Festival.

Andrew has held leadership positions on a number of boards including: President of the North Carolina Black Repertory Company Guild Board (2022), Director of Bigger and Better Business for the Delta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma, Inc. (2019-2021), Executive Committee of B/Pal: Black Political Awareness League, Inc. (2019-2021), and Director of Social Action for the Delta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma, Inc. (2017-2019). In addition, he has served on a number of boards, including: Advisory Board of Experiment in Self-Reliance (2020), North Carolina Black Repertory Company Guild Board (2019), and the National Black Theatre Festival Fundraising Committee (2014)

Kendra Mason

Kendra Mason: Chief Operating Officer

Kendra Mason is the Chief Operating Officer of Elevation Pediatric Therapy, LLC. Previously at Novant Health she held a position as a Clerical Lead. Kendra started her professional career with Novant Health in 2011 in the billing office as a Customer Service representative. She gained knowledge in medical billing, insurance, and administration. Kendra trained incoming staff in the departments that she worked in and enjoyed seeing staff gain knowledge and confidence in their work. She collaborated with other leadership to create new processes and improve current workflows. Also, Kendra is a student with Winston Salem State University pursuing a degree in Healthcare Management. With the degree in Health Care Management, she plans to make an impact in public health by ensuring quality health care and accessible care. When she is not working, Kendra enjoys spending time with her family and making memories that will last a lifetime. Kendra's favorite quote is by Eleanor Roosevelt.

Dr. David S. Bathory, PSY. D: Chief Clinical Supervisor

Doctor David S. Bathory, PSY.D is a Clinical Psychologist Specialist in Winston Salem, North Carolina. He graduated with honors in 1993. Having more than 30 years of diverse experiences, especially in CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST.  Dr. David is not only an Psychologist but is also a Neuropsychologist who specializes in trauma and gender identity (WPATH member). 

Cleo Ready | Clinical Director

Cleo Ready, BCBA: Chief Clinical Director

Cleo Ready is an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been serving children and their families since 2015. She has been leading our team since 2023 when her and her family moved to North Carolina from Florida. Since she has joined us, Cleo has been overseeing the quality and growth of our ABA services. As our clinical director, she oversees all patient care, provides ongoing supervision and training to staff, assesses and analyzes acquisition and behavioral data, provides initial and ongoing assessments, and oversees daily clinical operations.

Cleo earned her master’s degree in behavioral analysis in 2015 and is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in applied behavior analysis at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is passionate about the science of behavior analysis and is committed to providing quality and effective therapy to those we serve.
